This app is designed to assist you in keeping track of your subjective experience over time in selected aspects of mental, physical and emotional well-being so that you will be better able to assess your general readiness for the day and/or physical training.

Start by going to the Settings page and checking off between 5-10 health aspects that tend to vary from day to day and will help you track how you are doing each day.

Once you have selected your options on the Settings page, you can enter your values each morning on this page. The scale goes from 0 - 5, zero being the worst you've ever felt and five being the best. Point five (.5) values are allowed.

Over time you will have data to review so that you can notice trends in your health and well-being. A daily average number will be displayed and included in your data each day so you can associate your level of well-being with a range of numbers.

Weather and pollen data options are available at the bottom -- enter your location at the bottom of the settings page to view the different weather and pollen options available to include with your daily options.



Entered information will be saved locally to your browser cache on this device. Your information is not stored in the cloud, so make sure to export your data on the View History page before clearing your browser cache or all the data entered on this page will be deleted.
